Step 1:  Choose your liquid base

You should always start the Smoothie with 1-2 cups of the liquid ingredient you prefer. There are thousands of options such as: natural yogurt or flavored yogurt, natural fruit juice, coconut water or milk in all its varieties (cow, soy, almond, coconut …). Always add it first in the Blender or Smoothie Maker, before introducing the fruit, vegetables or ice, and thus avoid the blades from being damaged.

Step 2: Choose your favorite fruits and / or vegetables.

Now it’s the turn of the fruit and / or vegetables and for that, there are innumerable combinations. The most popular ingredients include Strawberry, Raspberries, Kiwi, Banana, Watermelon, Melon, Mango, Apple, avocado, spinach, etc. Do not hesitate to let your imagination and use your favorite ingredients or others that you find interesting! Regarding the quantity, it is about trying it little by little. Some fruits like Watermelon contain more water, so you will have to add them little by little until you get the desired creamy texture.

Step 3: Add thickeners.

If you want your Smoothies to be healthier, choose fruits that already have a high content of natural sugar and so on and from a good base.

Step 5: Power the nutritional properties.

Finally we have the option of adding ingredients that enhance the nutritional properties of our Smoothies. This part is optional, but we recommend ingredients such as royal jelly, powdered protein, flax, sprouts, probiotics, fish oil, cocoa powder, goji berries. etc, which will turn your Smoothie into a Super Smoothie!
